Digital & Precision Agriculture majors are part of the DPA Learning Community.
Program Description
The Digital & Precision Agriculture Learning Community provides incoming students, both first-year and transfer, a welcoming introduction to the university. Our goal is to improve academic achievement and advance career understanding by providing relevant coursework, improving professional skills, and helping students adjust to their new environment.
The DPA 1100 course is the center for learning community members. There, students will engage in academic, social, and career development activities. Faculty, staff, and peer mentors also take part in DPA 1100 to help students find their home at Iowa State University.
